Leveling the Blacksmith in WoW

Blacksmithing is one of the primary skills in World of Warcraft, it’s really a complementary profession to Mining. Still leveling you Blacksmith to 450 when you have to get all the materials from the auction house can be pretty expensive. WoW Blacksmithing is a profitable skill that has specializations to Armor and Weaponsmithing making it even more lucrative.

The miner is in fact the blacksmith closest partner because almost anything the smith needs is found and or smelted by a miner. This makes the combination of miner and blacksmith a logical one. Of course there are other options be for starters this seems to be the most obvious

More Advantages of Becoming a Blacksmith.

And there is another advantage of becoming a blacksmith as well. You can make your own mail armor and weapons that are of a higher quality then you find at the in game vendor. And when you get more proficient other players become interested in your products. Then your profession becomes one of the most profitable in WoW.

A Blacksmith has to invest a lot before he/she will become profitable, but when you reach the 300 – 400 levels there is almost no stopping to the gold coming in. Again there is the great combination with mining. The miner can make a good profit early on. Copper, the most abundant material in WoW is always needed, easily gathered and relatively expensive

Mining as a way of Leveling the Blacksmith ,

Some of the items that blacksmiths create are used in certain recipes for other professions or required in certain quests. So if you create these much needed or required items, put them on the auction house to supplement your income.

Using an Alt.

By the way it’s not necessary to do mining and blacksmithing in one character. Like trading working with a few characters at a time is often the most efficient. But in the end also in World of Warcraft  it’s all about the money
